These terms govern the relationship between igKalvio platform ("Platform") and users ("User").

2. Scope of Service
igKalvio is an electronic marketplace that facilitates buying, selling and swapping of surplus construction materials. The platform acts as an intermediary and is not directly responsible for material quality, delivery or suitability.
3. User Obligations
- Provide accurate and current information
- Only list materials you own
- No illegal, dangerous or misleading listings
- No actions harmful to other users
- No actions threatening platform security
4. Platform Rights
igKalvio may suspend or delete accounts for:
- Fake or misleading listings
- Violation of terms
- Detection of illegal activity
5. Limitation of Liability
The platform cannot be held responsible for: transactions between users, material quality, delivery delays, or third party services.
6. Intellectual Property
The igKalvio brand, logo and platform content belong to the platform owner and cannot be used without permission.
7. Governing Law
This agreement is subject to Turkish Law. Istanbul Courts have jurisdiction.
8. Changes
igKalvio reserves the right to modify these terms. Changes take effect upon publication.
